THE POWER WITHIN

I have been practicing for the last 4 to 6 months the Theory of Nikola Tesla’s 369. I purchased a booklet of Tesla’s 369 last year and in the brochure, I had to write, and repeat anything I would like to manifest in my life: three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night. They say there are altogether 1 to 9 digital root numbers that exist. All other higher numbers are the combination of those digital roots. According to EJ Theology, European Journal of Theology and Philosophy – https://www.ej-theology.org/index.php/theology/article, They compare it with the Theory of Absolute.

Every night, during my prayers, I do deep meditation using Joe Dispenza’s meditation technique, tapping into the pineal glen. According to Dr. Dispenza, most peoples’ energies are trapped in the first three centers of their bodies, meaning there is no balance in our eating, sex, and handling stressors. That is why it is crucial to learn to breathe correctly. Dr. Dispenza says breathing can help pull the mind out of the body by using the body as the instrument. When we can adequately expand energy, it frees us from what he calls survival emotions to create emotions. It helps to alleviate us from the chains of the past, and then healing takes place.

Here is a brief description of Dr. Dispenza’s “Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind Meditation.”

  1. Sit down, place your feet flat on the floor, your back straight, and be comfortable. Make sure your hands are not crossed, lay them flat on your lap, and close your eyes.
  2. While taking a deep breath, lift your pelvic floor, called the perineum. It is the same muscle that you use for elimination and intercourse. Squeeze those muscles tightly and hold for five seconds, then relax. Do this five times. I practice this meditation, and it will be uncomfortable initially, but you will get used to it.
  3. The next step is to take a deep breath while contracting the perineum and the lower stomach muscles at the same time. For five seconds, squeeze those muscles tightly, like the first time, and release them.
  4. Take another deep breath and tightly squeeze the perineum and lower and upper stomach muscles. Hold again for five seconds, and then relax. As you repeat the sequence, squeeze those three centers as tight as possible.
  5. Remember, where you place your attention is where you put your energy. So, this time, instead of doing it one step at a time, you will do it all at once in the final step. First, take your fingers, scratch the center of your scalp, and then place your hands on your lap. As you breathe through your nose, squeeze the perineum and lower and upper stomach muscles through the center of your chest and throat. Now, take your breath to the center of your scalp. Hold your breath there for five seconds, and then relax. Dr. Dispenza mentions that it is essential to know that the more powerful your feelings are, the faster the results. So, as you practice this meditation, pray. Send blessings to your body, life, future, and past. Thanks, the Lord, for all of life’s blessings in your life, and so on.

I would be remiss not to share that I have not given you all I can regarding this meditation practice. This chapter on the Magnetic Field was so interesting to learn. So, I highly recommend reading Dr. Dispenza’s book, “Becoming Supernatural.” Chapter 5, “Reconditioning the Body to A New Mind.” You can read this portion of Dr. Dispenza’s meditation in my book You Are Enough on Amazon. https://a.co/d/5UWGoB8

I am sharing this because one of my most passionate goals has been realized.

I am so passionate about getting new siding and gutters for our home. On Memorial Day, I was outside mulching while it drizzled rain. This sales guy selling exterior home improvement remodeled approached me and told me his company could replace our siding, gutters, and facia. He said in August 2023, a bad hail storm came through and damaged many homes. So, we checked to see if he could help, and we contacted our homeowners’ insurance company, after all was completed, the homeowner’s insurance approved the work. We received checks from the homeowner’s insurance company, and just like that, we have new siding, and gutters, and brand-new facias. I believe I attracted this opportunity my way, by staying disciplined in practicing meditation and visualizing, for that reason, synchronicities have aligned themselves with my desired goals.

I act every day as if my dreams have already been achieved, and no matter what happens, I stand still. I pay attention to my behavior and my mindset. It is essential to be mindful not to judge anything or anyone. For example, (Let’s say) I heard something someone did on the news. I stay neutral and pass no judgment. My only thought is to pray for that person or persons. That is how powerful we are, and unfortunately, most of us are unaware that just passing judgment alone, whatever it may be, will stagnate big goals.

I hope you found profound value in my message today, and Thank you for taking some time to read and share my blog!
