My goal for this year is to make a meaningful impact in achieving my objectives.

1. I will attend seminars either via Zoom or in person.

2. I will set ten goals for the year and ensure I reach each.

3. I will record my affirmations and listen to them thrice daily.

HERE ARE MY 10 GOALS FOR 2025

1. Attend one seminar each month.

2. Take action towards my commercial real estate investment.

3. Achieve the goal of 20 sales on Etsy for January and continue this each month. So far in January, I have completed five sales.

4. Exercise three to five times a week.

5. Find a multi-unit apartment complex and start the buying process.

6. Aim to make $5,000 every month.

7. Complete my winter sowing for my spring and summer kitchen garden by February.

8. Continue decluttering by getting rid of all excess paper and clothing.

9. Sell all the sidings in the backyard.

10. Rake the yard and prepare for spring.
